AI Pulse provides a weekly subscription service delivering curated artificial intelligence and machine learning news to your inbox. Our service includes:

• AI-curated top 10 news stories about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and AI tools
• Automated news collection from 1000+ reputable AI industry sources
• Intelligent ranking and analysis using advanced AI technology (Claude by Anthropic)
• Customizable delivery frequency (daily, weekly, or bi-weekly)
• HTML-formatted email newsletters optimized for readability

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Pricing

• Weekly Subscription: $0.99 per week, billed weekly
• Payment Method: Credit/debit card processed securely through Stripe
• Currency: USD (United States Dollars)
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews weekly unless cancelled

2.2 Free Trial

AI Pulse does not currently offer a free trial period. Your first payment of $0.99 is charged immediately upon subscription.

2.3 Billing Cycle

• Weekly subscriptions are billed every 7 days from your signup date
• You will receive email confirmation for each successful payment
• Failed payments will result in service suspension after 3 attempts

3. Cancellation & Refunds

3.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any newsletter email
• Contacting support at support@dailyainews.cloud
• Managing your subscription through your Stripe customer portal (link provided in confirmation emails)

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to receive newsletters until the paid period expires
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription

3.3 Refund Policy

• Standard Policy: No refunds due to the low subscription cost ($0.99/week)
• Technical Issues: If our service fails to deliver newsletters due to technical problems, contact us for a refund
• Billing Errors: Duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded within 5-7 business days

4. User Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to:

• Provide accurate email address and payment information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not share or redistribute AI Pulse newsletters without permission
• Not use the service for illegal purposes or spam distribution
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI curation algorithms
• Update your email address if it changes to continue receiving service

5.1 Content Curation

AI Pulse uses artificial intelligence to curate and rank news content. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-selected content may not always reflect your personal preferences
• News rankings are algorithmically determined based on relevance, impact, and timeliness
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party news sources
• Content is automatically curated and may occasionally include errors or biases inherent in AI systems

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Possible disruptions include:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance when possible)
• Technical issues with third-party providers (hosting, email delivery)
• AI API availability (Anthropic Claude service status)
• News source website downtime

7.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with 30 days notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AI Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 30 days (maximum $3.96)
• We are not responsible for third-party content accuracy or availability
• We are not liable for email delivery failures due to spam filters or ISP issues

10. Termination
